The town's governor, Antenorian, is revealed to have allied with the cultists. They attack Tranquillien but are quickly repelled by Arator and the void elf Umbric. Arator and Umbric then track down and kill Antenorian to prevent the cultists from launching further attacks. Later, in Zul'Aman, the cultists are led by a figure named Mor'duun, who invades the region. The Amani trolls, led by Zul'jarra and aided by Lady Liadrin, fight back, ultimately killing Mor'duun and ending the Twilight's Hammer incursion in Zul'Aman.

Arator and Umbric discover that the Twilight's Hammer cultists have infiltrated Tranquillien. Governor Antenorian, having allied with them, leads an attack on the town. The assault is quickly repelled, and Arator and Umbric hunt down and kill Antenorian to stop further attacks. Later, in Zul'Aman, the cultists are led by Mor'duun. Zul'jarra, chieftain of the Amani, reluctantly allows Liadrin into Zul'Aman to help fight the invasion. After uniting the Amani tribes, Zul'jarra and Liadrin lead an army into battle and kill Mor'duun, ending the cultist incursion in that region.
